Happy November!
The 1st of November has always been an exciting day to me the day to me. It’s the day that kicks off the holiday season! Woohoo! Handing out candy was fun last night, but there’s something glorious about the Party City Halloween commercials ending and the Holiday Chex Mix commercials taking their place.
The holiday season sucks me in every year. I feel warm, fuzzy, and happy inside. Many hours are spent daydreaming about which gifts to make or buy and which yummy treats I should bake!
This holiday season is extra special to me – it’s the first holiday season that the hubs and I have been married! Yay! Last Christmas I didn’t decorate very much because we spent the holidays away with family. This year, we will be able to have get-togethers and spend time here on Christmas – so I am VERY excited about how our house will be decorated!!! 24 more days to plan!!
So I think it goes without saying, I am SO excited. Oh wait, I think I kind of did tell you that. 😀
I’d love to hear your ideas for the holidays! What are you most looking forward to? Do you have traditions you look forward to each year?
~Keep on Smiling!~
